Does a Dynamics 365 partner outside your area suit your company?
Usually, yes. Microsoft hosts every Dynamics 365 app in the cloud, from Business Central to Field Service, so there is no server room to visit. Workshops, setup walkthroughs, data loads and user tests all work on a video call with a shared screen. We also record each session, so your staff can replay it later as training.
Video works less well for some jobs. A plant with complex routings may need someone on the line for a day. A large team learning a new warehouse flow learns faster in one room. Some owners also want to meet before they sign. We say so plainly on the first call. Then we write any site visits into the scope, so travel is never vague.
How do we shape a project for your location?
Time zone first
Our office stays on Mountain Standard Time all year. So the overlap with clients who change clocks shifts in spring and fall. We set meeting blocks around your working day, not ours.
Site visits by purpose
We book a visit to answer a clear design question or to run hands-on training. If a video call can settle it, we skip the trip.
One named lead
The consultant who scopes your project stays on it through go-live and the first month-end close, wherever you are.

Questions about our Dynamics 365 consultant locations
Do you only work with companies near your office?
No. Our one office is simply where the team sits. Projects for firms in other places, in any country, run over video. You get the same method, the same deliverables and the same named consultant. In any Dynamics 365 project, most work happens on shared screens anyway, wherever the partner sits.
Will anyone come to our site?
Yes, when a visit earns its cost. We might walk a warehouse before we design bins and picks. Or we might watch a production floor, or train a large group in one room. We agree on those visits during scoping and write them into the scope. So you know about any travel before the project starts.
How do you handle a three-hour time difference?
We book workshops in the hours both teams share and keep cut-over weekends on your calendar. Our office skips daylight saving time. So the gap to clients who change clocks moves by an hour in spring and fall. We plan the meeting calendar around both and confirm it in writing at kickoff.

Yes. Each state page covers the whole state, and our way of working does not need a city page. Call us or email hello@d365consultant.com. We will talk through your industry, your current system and the people who will use Dynamics 365 every day. Small and mid-size firms usually fit Business Central.
