AI that works on clean data and a clear process
Copilot suggests; people decide. It drafts a reply, proposes a bank match or summarises an opportunity, and a person reviews it before anything is posted or sent. That makes it useful for time-consuming, repetitive work, and it means the quality of the result depends on the quality of the data underneath.
So we start with the process and the data, not with the feature list. If item records are incomplete or customer histories are split across duplicates, we fix that first, because Copilot will otherwise summarise the mess faithfully.

Copilot features we set up most
Bank reconciliation
Business Central suggests matches between bank statement lines and ledger entries, and proposes accounts for lines that do not match.
Marketing text
Draft product descriptions for items from their attributes, reviewed before they reach a web shop.
Sales summaries
Summaries of accounts, opportunities, emails and meetings in Dynamics 365 Sales, so reps prepare in minutes.
Service replies
Draft responses and case summaries in Customer Service, grounded in your knowledge articles.
Analysis help
Assistance building list analyses in Business Central from a plain-language request.
Custom agents
Copilot Studio agents that answer internal questions from your policies and data, where a standard feature does not exist.
Before switching Copilot on, we check
- βWhich features are available in your region, language and licence
- βWhether the underlying records are complete enough to produce useful output
- βWho reviews Copilot's suggestions and how that is recorded
- βWhat data each feature can read, and that permissions are right
- βHow you will measure whether it is saving time
Copilot questions
Does Copilot cost extra?
Some Copilot features are included in Business Central and Dynamics 365 licences, while others and Microsoft 365 Copilot are licensed separately. Availability and licensing change as Microsoft releases features, so we confirm them for your tenant during scoping.
Does our data train Microsoft's models?
Microsoft states that customer data used by Copilot in Dynamics 365 is not used to train its foundation models. We walk your team through Microsoft's current documentation during setup.
