The short version
You can read every page of this site without telling us who you are. The only time we receive personal details is when you choose to send them, through the contact form, by email or by phone. We use what you send to answer you and, if you become a client, to work with you. We do not sell your information, and we do not run analytics or advertising cookies on this site today.
What the contact form collects
Where your enquiry goes
When you press submit, the form sends your details to a small script on our own web server. The script does two things. It sends the enquiry by email to the D365Consultant and Sataware Technologies team, with your email address set as the reply address so a consultant can answer you directly. It also adds one line with the same details to a log file on the web server, which is protected from public access and serves as a backup in case an email goes astray.
Your information therefore passes through, and is held by, the company that hosts our web server and the email providers that carry and store our mail. They process it to provide those services to us. We do not pass enquiries to marketing lists, data brokers or advertisers.
If you write to hello@d365consultant.com or call +1 480 485 7373 instead, we receive whatever you choose to include in the email or tell us on the phone, and handle it the same way.
What your browser keeps
- ✓A single session storage flag noting that the site has already offered you the contact popup once during this visit, so it does not appear again; the browser discards it when you close the tab

- ✓No analytics, tracking or advertising cookies are set by this site today; if that changes, this policy will be updated first
How long we keep it and your choices
We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to respond, to follow up on a conversation you started and to keep a record of our dealings with clients. If you would like us to delete your enquiry, correct something you sent or tell you what we hold about you, email hello@d365consultant.com and we will act on the request, subject to any records the law requires us to keep.
This site is meant for businesses and is not directed at children. We may update this policy when the site changes; the date at the top shows the latest revision.
Privacy questions
Do you sell or rent my details?
No, we do not sell, rent or trade the details you send us. They are used to reply to you and to work with you if you become a client. The only outside parties that handle them are the providers that host our website and carry our email, and only to run those services for us.
Will I be added to a mailing list?
No, sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to anything. A consultant replies to your message personally. If we ever offer a newsletter, you would have to sign up for it separately.
Does this site track me with cookies?
No, the site does not use analytics or advertising cookies today. Your browser keeps one short-lived session flag so the contact popup is not offered twice in a visit. It is not used to identify you or follow you to other sites.
How do I ask you to delete my information?
Email hello@d365consultant.com and say which enquiry or details you want removed. We will confirm once it is done. If we have to keep a record for legal or accounting reasons, we will tell you what and why.
