The privacy policy in short
You can read every page of this site without telling us who you are. We receive personal details only when you choose to send them: through a contact form, the newsletter signup, by email or by phone. What you send is used to answer you and, if you become a client, to work with you. We do not sell your information, and we do not run analytics or advertising cookies on this site today.
What do the forms on this site collect?
Where does your inquiry go?
When you press submit, the form sends your details to a small script on our own web server. The script does two things. It emails the inquiry to the D365Consultant and Sataware Technologies team, with your email address set as the reply address so a consultant can answer you directly. It also adds one line with the same details to a log file on the web server. The server blocks public access to that file, and it serves as a backup in case an email goes astray.
Your information therefore passes through the company that hosts our web server and the email providers that carry and store our mail. They hold it and process it only to provide those services to us. We do not pass inquiries to marketing lists, data brokers or advertisers.
If you write to hello@d365consultant.com or call +1 480 485 7373 instead, we receive whatever you choose to include in the email or tell us on the phone. We handle it the same way.
How does the newsletter signup work?
The footer of every page offers a newsletter with updates, tips and insights on Dynamics 365 and Power Platform. If you enter your email address there, we use it only to send you that newsletter. We do not sell it or share it with other companies for their marketing.
Sending an inquiry through a contact form does not sign you up for the newsletter; that takes a separate signup. To stop receiving it, email hello@d365consultant.com and we will remove your address.
When will we send you a text message?
The phone field on our contact forms is optional. If you give a phone number and submit the form, you consent to be contacted by SMS text message, as the form itself states. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to any message to opt out of further texts, or HELP for more information. You can also withdraw consent by emailing hello@d365consultant.com. We do not sell phone numbers or SMS consent, and we do not share them with third parties for their marketing.
What does your browser keep?

How long do we keep it, and what are your choices under this privacy policy?
We keep inquiries for as long as we need them to respond, to follow up on a conversation you started and to keep a record of our dealings with clients. We keep newsletter addresses until you ask us to remove them. If you would like us to delete your inquiry, correct something you sent or tell you what we hold about you, email hello@d365consultant.com. We will act on the request, subject to any records the law requires us to keep.
This site is for businesses, and we do not direct it at children. We may update this privacy policy when the site changes; the date at the top shows the latest revision.
What do people ask about this privacy policy?
Do you sell or rent my details?
No, we do not sell, rent or trade the details you send us. We use them to reply to you and to work with you if you become a client. The only outside parties that handle them are the providers that host our website and carry our email, and only to run those services for us.
Will you add me to a mailing list?
Not unless you ask. Sending an inquiry does not subscribe you to anything, and a consultant replies to your message personally. The newsletter is a separate signup in the footer, and you can leave it at any time by emailing hello@d365consultant.com.
Does this site track me with cookies?
No, the site does not use analytics or advertising cookies today. Your browser keeps one short-lived session flag so the site does not offer the contact popup twice in a visit. We do not use it to identify you or follow you to other sites.
How do I stop text messages from you?
Reply STOP to any text we send and we will not text you again. You can reply HELP for more information, or email hello@d365consultant.com to withdraw consent. Giving a phone number on a form is always optional.
How do I ask you to delete my information?
Email hello@d365consultant.com and say which inquiry or details you want removed. We will confirm once we have done it. If we have to keep a record for legal or accounting reasons, we will tell you what and why.
