Microsoft Dynamics 365

Dynamics 365, matched to the size and shape of your business

Dynamics 365 is a family of Microsoft business applications that share one data platform. The skill is choosing the right ones: too little and you are back in spreadsheets within a year, too much and you pay for licences and complexity nobody uses.

One platform, several applications

Every Dynamics 365 application stores its data in Microsoft's cloud and uses the same security, the same Microsoft 365 sign-in and the same Power Platform tools for reports, apps and automation. That shared foundation is the main reason companies choose it: sales, service and finance can see the same customer without an integration project in between.

The applications split into two groups. ERP applications run the money and the goods: Business Central for small and mid-sized companies, Finance and Supply Chain Management for larger and more complex ones. Customer applications run the relationship: Sales for the pipeline, Customer Service for cases and Field Service for technicians on the road.

How we decide what you need

Processes first, products second

We map how an order, a case or a job moves through your business today before anybody mentions licences, so the recommendation follows the work rather than a price list.

The smallest set that works

Most companies start with one application and add another when a real bottleneck appears. We would rather you grow into Dynamics 365 than pay for modules that sit idle.

Licences sized to roles

Full users, team members and device licences cost very different amounts. Matching each role to the cheapest licence that covers its work is part of every scope.

An upgrade path you can see

If you start on Business Central and later need Finance and Supply Chain, we tell you at the outset what that move would involve, so no decision today blocks you tomorrow.

Dynamics 365 questions

Is Dynamics 365 the same as Dynamics CRM or NAV?

It is their successor. Dynamics CRM became the customer applications such as Sales and Customer Service, and Dynamics NAV became Business Central. The names changed as Microsoft moved them to the cloud.

Can we mix Business Central with Dynamics 365 Sales?

Yes. Microsoft provides a standard connection between them, so accounts, items, prices and orders flow between the sales team's system and the ERP.

Do we have to buy everything at once?

No. Each application is licensed on its own, per user and per month, so you can start with one and add others when they earn their place.
