Contact a Dynamics 365 consultant who has done this work before.

To contact a Dynamics 365 consultant at D365Consultant, use the form below, email hello@d365consultant.com or call +1 480 485 7373. Every message is read by a senior consultant, not routed through a sales queue. You get a reply by email with a proposed next step, and if a call makes sense, it is a working conversation about your systems rather than a product demo.

Four ways to get in touch

The form below

Six short fields. Tell us what you run today and what has to change. It lands with the consulting team directly.

Email

Write to hello@d365consultant.com. Attach a process map, a report you rely on or a list of systems if you have one handy.

Phone

Call +1 480 485 7373 during Arizona business hours. If nobody can pick up, leave a message with a number and a good time to call back.

Our office

217 N Central Ave, Phoenix, AZ 85004. Visits are by appointment, so please write or call first and we will set a time.

What to put in your first message

  • βœ“The system you use today for accounting, inventory or sales, and roughly how long you have been on it
  • βœ“How many people would log in, split between finance, operations, sales and warehouse staff
  • βœ“The two or three problems that made you start looking, in your own words
  • βœ“Anything with a date attached: an audit, a year end, a support deadline or a new site opening
  • βœ“Other software that must keep working, such as a web store, payroll provider or shipping tool
  • βœ“Who else will take part in the decision, so we can include the right people on a call

What happens after you write

  1. 1

    A consultant reads it

Your message goes to a senior consultant who works in Business Central and Dynamics 365 every week. Nobody screens it with a script.

  2. 2

    You get a written reply

The reply says what we understood, asks anything we still need to know and proposes a next step. Sometimes that step is a call; sometimes it is a pointer to a guide that answers the question outright.

  3. 3

A working call, if it helps

We book a video call at a time that suits your team. Bring the people who feel the pain day to day, not only the sponsor.

  4. 4

    The next step in writing

After the call you receive a short note covering the options, the risks and what we would do first. You decide in your own time, with no obligation.

What a first call with us covers

A first call is about your business, not our slides. We ask how orders, purchases and month end actually flow today, where people fall back on spreadsheets, and which reports leadership stops trusting. If you already have a shortlist of products or a quote from another firm, we are happy to look at it with you.

We will also say plainly when Dynamics 365 or Business Central is the wrong answer. A small company with simple books may be better served by staying on its accounting package for another year, and we would rather tell you that than start a project that does not pay back.

Commercial questions are answered properly, which means after we understand the scope. We put the scope in writing first, and the proposal follows from it, so you are never comparing a guess against a guess.

Before you get in touch

Do I need to prepare anything before contacting you?

No, a few plain sentences are enough to start. Tell us what system you run, roughly how many users you have and what is not working. If you have documents such as a process map or a list of integrations, they help, but they are not required. We ask follow-up questions in our reply.

Will I be talking to a salesperson?

You will be talking to a senior consultant. The person who replies understands Business Central and Dynamics 365 configuration, data migration and integrations, so the questions you ask get technical answers. If the work goes ahead, the people on your calls are the people doing the work.

Can you give me a price on the first call?

Not responsibly, because the price depends on scope we have not yet agreed. On the call we learn how your business runs, and then we write the scope down. The proposal follows from that written scope, so the numbers you receive reflect your actual project rather than a generic range.

Do you only work with companies in Arizona?

No, we work with companies across the United States. Our office is in Phoenix, and most delivery happens over video workshops and screen sharing. When walking a warehouse or training a room in person makes a real difference, we arrange on-site days.

Is my information kept private?

Yes, what you send us is used only to respond to your enquiry and to work with you. Our privacy policy explains exactly what the contact form collects and where it goes. We do not sell or share enquiry details with marketing lists.
