Why one person on a Dynamics 365 team can wear two hats
On a smaller Business Central project, one consultant may cover finance and supply chain, and the architect may also run the project. That is normal and often better, because fewer handoffs mean fewer things lost between people. On a larger rollout with several companies or a CRM alongside the ERP, the roles separate.

Will I know who is on my project before we start?
Yes, we introduce the consultants before you sign the scope. You meet the architect and lead functional consultant during scoping. The written scope names the roles and who fills them. If a change is ever needed, we tell you and explain why.
Who do I call when something goes wrong?
During the project, your project manager is the first call for anything. They route technical questions to the right consultant or developer. After go-live, the support consultant takes over as the first contact. Bigger changes still go back to the Dynamics 365 consulting team that built the system.
Are developers offshore or in-house?

That keeps the developer answerable to the same project manager and architect as everyone else. Code goes through the same testing in a sandbox before it reaches production. You see it working before it goes live.
Do we need our own IT person for a Business Central project?
Not necessarily, since Microsoft hosts Business Central online and it needs no servers on your side. What you do need is someone who can manage user accounts in Microsoft 365 and make decisions quickly. Many of our clients use their controller or operations manager as the internal lead. We coach that person through the admin tasks they will own.
