Does a remote Business Central partner suit your company?
Usually, yes. Business Central is a cloud product that Microsoft hosts, so there is no server room for anyone to visit. Requirements workshops, configuration walkthroughs, data loads and user testing all work over a video call with the screen shared, and recordings of each session become training material your staff can replay later.
It suits you less well in a few cases. A plant with complex routings may need someone standing beside the line for a day. A large team learning a new warehouse flow learns faster in a room together. And some owners simply want a face across the table before they sign. We say so plainly during the first call and put any site visits into the written scope so nothing about travel is left vague.

Phoenix stays on Mountain Standard Time all year, so our overlap with Eastern and Central clients shifts in spring and fall. We set meeting blocks around your working day, not ours.
Site visits by purpose

Questions about where we work
Do you only work with Arizona companies?
No. Phoenix is simply where the office is. Projects for companies in other states run over video with the same method, deliverables and named consultant.
Will anyone come to our site?
Yes, when a visit earns its cost. Typical reasons are walking a warehouse before designing bins and picks, observing a production floor, or training a large group in one room. We agree the visits during scoping and write them into the scope.
How do you handle a three-hour time difference?
We book workshops inside the hours both teams share and keep cut-over weekends on your calendar. Because Arizona skips daylight saving time, the gap to Eastern clients is two hours in summer and three in winter, and we plan around both.
